It took place on 25 March at 12.00 in front of the General Procuracy of Ukraine. The president of the Institute of Statehood and Democracy, Ivan Lozovoy was the organizer of the action. People expressed their views by banners and slogans of «Freedom to Koktysh». During the picket Igor's wife, Irina Tyutyunnik liberated from the cells of the white dove, symbolizing that the liberation of Belarusian opposition. After the picket a written appeal to the General Prosecutor of Ukraine was filed to the requirement to deny the Republic of Belarus in the extradition Koktysh, and free him from detention immediately, because under the current legislation of Ukraine is the detention was illegal. The leaders of human rights and social organizations supported the appeal with the signatures.
